At our Italian Wellness Retreat, mornings begin with a generous 75-90 minute yoga workshop designed to awaken the body and mind, in a way that leaves you feeling refreshed and energised rather than exhausted. These longer sessions give you the opportunity to truly settle in.

Classes are suitable for all levels - whether you practise yoga every week or haven’t stepped on a mat in years. Zenaa Retreats are intentionally inclusive and welcoming to beginners, with plenty of guidance and modifications offered throughout.

Breakfast, Italian Style

After yoga comes one of everyone’s favourite parts of the day: breakfast.

There’s also the option to add a hands-on pasta-making class experience, with a local Italian chef, where you’ll learn traditional regional techniques and share the meal you’ve made together at the end.
