Role 01  ·  Freelance · Lead Yoga & Wellness Host

Delivery Partner

The guardian of the Zenaa essence - leading yoga, holding space and delivering a luxury, wholesome wellness experience for our guests.

The Heart of the Role

This is an incredibly important hire for Zenaa. As our Delivery Partner, you are the guardian of the Zenaa essence. You won't just be teaching classes; you will be representing our brand and delivering a luxury, wholesome wellness experience that stays with our guests long after they leave.

We are a small, heart-led company that genuinely cares about our team. We want you to thrive, and in return, we are looking for a loyal, committed partner to help us scale. Significant training and investment will be provided to ensure you are the ultimate ambassador for our retreats.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Practice: Deliver high-quality yoga sessions (dynamic and gentle) tailored to various abilities and injuries.
  • Curate the Atmosphere: Use provided class plans, poems, and affirmations to "hold space" and create a transformative emotional journey for guests.
  • Guest Concierge: Act as the warm, nurturing point of contact. You'll ensure every guest feels seen, supported, and pampered.
  • On-Site Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, including private chefs and therapists. You'll manage meal-time flows and ensure all dietary requirements are meticulously met.
  • Safety & Exploration: Confidently lead guided walks (routes provided) and conduct on-site risk assessment checks to ensure guest safety.
  • Emergency Response: Remain calm, level-headed, and decisive should any issues or emergencies arise.

Who You Are

  • An Experienced Yogi: You have been qualified and teaching for 2+ years. You are confident in adjustments and modifying for injuries.
  • A Brand Soulmate: You are genuinely invested in the wellness scene and the Zenaa vision. You are looking for a long-term home to grow your career.
  • Meticulous & Organised: You have a "no stone unturned" approach to detail, from the placement of a yoga mat to the timing of a beautifully served dinner.
  • A Natural Leader: You are warm, nurturing, and professional, capable of managing both guests and contractors with grace.

Role 02  ·  Voluntary · Retreat Support & Social Glue

Delivery Assistant

The support system that allows our retreats to run flawlessly - a nurturing, social soul who makes every guest feel at home.

The Heart of the Role

Are you a social, nurturing soul with a deep love for yoga and wellness? This could be your dream role. As a Zenaa Delivery Assistant, you are the support system that allows our retreats to run flawlessly. You will work closely with Katie or our Delivery Partner to ensure every guest feels at home, supported, and truly seen.

We are looking for a true brand advocate - someone who loves the Zenaa essence and wants to help our community thrive. You are the "social glue" of the retreat, ensuring solo travellers feel included and the atmosphere remains high-vibe and wholesome.

What You'll Do

  • The Ultimate Host: Greet guests, help them settle in, and ensure they have everything they need to feel comfortable.
  • Operational Support: Be the chef's right hand when needed - helping lay the table, assisting with clearing up, or ensuring tea and refreshments are always available.
  • Active Support: Act as the "back marker" on group hikes to ensure no one is left behind and everyone feels safe.
  • The Social Connector: Spend time with the guests, particularly solo travellers, ensuring they feel welcome and part of the Zenaa family.
  • The "Whatever it Takes" Attitude: Be available to support the Lead Delivery Partner with any tasks that arise to keep the retreat running smoothly.

  • Naturally Nurturing: You genuinely enjoy looking after people and have an eye for the small details that make a stay special.
  • A Brand Lover: You are already invested in the wellness scene. Extra points if you've experienced a Zenaa retreat before!
  • A Team Player: You're happy to "muck in" where needed, whether that's socialising with guests or helping in the kitchen.
  • Socially Confident: You find it easy to talk to new people and can hold a warm, inclusive space.
